Room 105 near noisy laundry area!!! Late night chatter and smoking right outside the room made sleep impossible!!! Hot water also wasn’t hot enough for my liking!!! Perhaps reconsider room assignments for a better experience!!!

My husband and I loved our time here with our senior dog! We got an upgrade to a spacious executive suite, and it had a full kitchen—totally unexpected! Plus, the room was right near the green areas for easy potty breaks. Only downside was the lack of coffee options in the dining area, but everything else was great.

i really appreciated the clean room and the small appliances like the fridge and coffee maker. it was super convenient to have so much free parking available close to our room. plus, the location was ideal for getting to downtown quickly.

Our experience was really disappointing. We were promised a ground-floor room for my disabled husband, but instead, we were given a dark 3rd-floor room that was outdated and barely functional. The kitchenette equipment could barely work together, making it frustrating to prepare simple drinks. Specifically, we couldn't even use the kettle and coffee maker at the same time, and there was an insufficient supply of tea. I expected much better from this place given my past experiences, and it really fell short.
