Room 105 near noisy laundry area!!! Late night chatter and smoking right outside the room made sleep impossible!!! Hot water also wasn't hot enough for my liking!!! Perhaps reconsider room assignments for a better experience!!!

Their rooms are always nicely furnished and air-conditioned with sofa as well as mom- wheelchair. The location is magnificent and unbeatable and the staff are really friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials, like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.

Very spacious room. There were four of us on the road, with a lot of luggage and there was still enough room to move around in the room

It was the closest and the most reasonable in price to my son's home in east Vancouver.

No On site variety of food amenities

The salads at Suzette's Deli were a culinary delight, packed with fresh local flavors that'll knock your socks off! Plus. My room was clean and spacious, and the parking situation was easy in Burnaby.

Location and equipment were good, unfortunately the kitchen only consisted of a fridge, coffee machine and microwave and a few cups. Unfortunately, cutlery was not available.

The location was good, cLOSE TO THE SKY TRAIN.
